Our workshops are free of charge to anyone in receipt of Universal Credit until 30th June 2019. Please register using the Universal Credit option in the payment form. You will need to bring proof of your entitlement to Universal Credit to your first workshop.
Mindful Meditation is empowering whilst giving you the space to just be.
Holly will be running Breathe – a weekly meditation club. The sessions will be 1 hour long and will involve chat, mindful breathing, Singing bowls, music, body relaxation work and guided meditation.
These sessions will help you to become more aware of your mind, thoughts & emotions and will help you to let go of anything negative and allowing you to be happy & content.
